The Marena lipoedema legging LGLFW with FlexFit Comfort Ankle™ offers optimal compression levels to help reduce pain and inflammation during the recovery process. The unique FlexFit Comfort Ankle™ construction, for which a patent is pending, consists of two sliding panels that follow the natural movement of the ankle, preventing constriction, binding, and pain.

Side zippers and padded hook and eye closures make putting on and taking off easier. Reinforced stitching provides strength and durability for long-term wear. The open crotch ensures convenience and hygiene. The belt is made with patented TriFlex™ 3D stretch fabric, which provides consistent, targeted compression, helps combat swelling and tenderness, and provides antimicrobial protection and moisture wicking to keep skin cool and dry.
