Lipoelastic PI active compression garment

Suitable for use during the first phase of aftercare after breast operations such as breast enlargement, breast reduction, mammoplasty, breast reconstruction or breast lift.

Fit & colors
The PI Active bra has pre-formed and seamless cups with double lining for optimal support. Available in black and white.

Type of closures
Equipped with a hook and eye closure at the front, adjustable for the desired pressure via rows of hooks and eyes. The pressure can also be adjusted by adjusting the shoulder straps.

Sizing and advice
The PI Active is available in sizes S to XXXL. In the size chart you can read which size is most suitable for your size.

The lower neckline makes it ideal for smaller implants or clothing with a low-cut neckline, while the molded cups with double lining provide optimal support. This bra, also known as the 'little sister' of the popular PI special Comfort compression bra, is suitable for long-term wear. The adjustable hook-and-eye closure at the front and adjustable shoulder straps ensure a personalized fit and pressure.

    How do I know which size is right for me?

    For each product you will find the product description and the
    product images a size chart. This will give you an indication of the
    different sizes.

    Despite this information, you are advised to determine your size in consultation with your treating physician.

    Please take into account the advice to order two different sizes. You are advised to order one garment to size and one smaller than your current size. The fact is that you will swell immediately after the treatment, which is why your clothing size will increase. During the healing process, the fluid decreases, causing your size to decrease.

    The clothing worn will be too loose, resulting in less compression. This reduces effectiveness. By wearing a smaller garment at that time, you will again benefit from compression in the right zones.

    What is the delivery time of the offer?

    For orders from the Netherlands and Belgium, our standard offer has a delivery time of 1 to 2 working days. 

    Some specific collections and custom work have a delivery time of 6-8 working days. The delivery times are stated in the product description for each product.

    How are orders packed?

    The orders are packed and shipped anonymously. There is no information about the contents on the outside of the packaging.

    Can I return compression clothing?

    The right of withdrawal applies. Compression clothing can be returned when the hygiene rules have been applied. To ensure the safety of our customers, we take these hygiene rules into account.
