The pantyhose supports venous drainage, reduces swelling, and helps relieve complaints such as tired, heavy, or tense legs. Thanks to the transparent, pantyhose-like knit, the Elegance AT is ideal for daily use — even under tight-fitting clothing.
Material characteristics
The Mediven® Elegance is made of a fine, supple knit that offers a luxurious and natural look. The soft, elastic toe area provides extra comfort, while the wide, soft waistband fits comfortably without pinching. The anatomically shaped pant section (gusset) varies by size and offers an optimal fit around hips and waist. The material is breathable, skin-friendly, and certified according to OEKO-TEX Standard 100.

The pantyhose is available in various natural shades that provide a subtle flattering effect. The anatomical fit follows the contours of the legs and ensures a smooth, elegant appearance. Due to the fine knit, the Elegance AT is hardly recognizable as medical compression pantyhose.

product images a size chart. This gives you an indication of the
different sizes.
Despite this information, you are advised to determine your size in consultation with your treating physician.
Please take into account the advice to order two different sizes. You are advised to order one garment in your size and one smaller than your current size. This is because you will swell immediately after the treatment, causing your ready-to-wear size to increase. During the healing process, the fluid decreases, reducing your size.
The worn clothing will be too loose, resulting in less compression. This reduces its effectiveness. Wearing a smaller garment at that time will once again provide you with compression in the correct zones.
For orders from the Netherlands and Belgium, our standard offer has a delivery time of 1 to 2 working days.
