Thanks to the transparent, pantyhose-like knit, the Elegance AT is ideal for daily use — even under tight-fitting clothing.
Material characteristics
The Mediven® Elegance is made from a fine, supple knit that offers a luxurious and natural look. The soft, elastic toe area provides extra comfort, while the wide, soft waistband fits comfortably without pinching. The anatomically shaped pant section (gusset) varies by size and offers an optimal fit around hips and waist. The material is breathable, skin-friendly, and certified according to OEKO-TEX Standard 100.

Despite this information, you are advised to determine your size in consultation with your treating physician.
Please take into account the advice to order two different sizes. You are advised to order one garment in your size and one smaller than your current size. This is because you will swell immediately after the treatment, causing your ready-to-wear size to increase. During the healing process, the fluid decreases, reducing your circumference.
The worn clothing will then be too loose, resulting in less compression. This reduces the effectiveness. By wearing a smaller garment at that time, you will again benefit from compression in the correct zones.
